Acceptance

By using Justo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose

Justo is a tourist awareness tool for comparing prices and sharing safety information in Rio de Janeiro. It is NOT a crime reporting platform or emergency service. For emergencies, call 190 (police) or 192 (ambulance).

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Report only prices you actually observed
• Describe events, not individuals
• Not upload photos that identify people (faces are auto-blurred)
• Not submit false or misleading information
• Comply with Brazilian law including LGPD and Penal Code Art. 138-140 (defamation)

Content Moderation

Justo uses automated and community-based moderation. Content containing physical descriptions of individuals, personal contact information, hate speech, or false information may be flagged or removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

Justo provides community-sourced information as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, safety reports, or any other user-submitted content. Always exercise personal judgment and follow local authority guidance.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data per LGPD requirements.
