Data We Collect

Justo collects: email address, display name, home country, preferred languages, trip dates, location data (when you submit reports), photos (with faces automatically blurred), and device tokens for push notifications.

How We Use Your Data

Your data powers the community price and safety map. Location data is used only to place reports on the map and calculate nearby alerts. We never sell your data to third parties.

LGPD Compliance

Under Brazil's Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados (LGPD), you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccuracies
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Revoke consent at any time

Use the "Export My Data" and "Delete My Account" options in Settings.

Photo Privacy

All uploaded photos are processed through automatic face detection and blurring (Vision framework). This complies with CF/88 Art. 5 (X) (right to image), Codigo Civil Art. 20 (image rights), and LGPD Art. 5/11 (biometric data protection). Original unblurred photos are never stored.

Data Retention

Reports are retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts have all data permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained for service improvement.
