Account Issues
Can't log in?
Try resetting your password from the login screen. If you still have trouble, email us.
Delete my account
Go to Settings > Delete My Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Export my data
Go to Settings > Export My Data to download a copy of all your information.
Reporting Prices
- Only report prices you personally observed.
- Include the venue name and item for accurate comparisons.
- Photos are optional but help the community — faces are automatically blurred.

Emergency Numbers
Justo is NOT an emergency service. If you are in danger, contact local authorities:
- 190 — Police (Polícia Militar)
- 192 — Ambulance (SAMU)
- 193 — Fire Department (Bombeiros)
